Unfortunately, this years Golf Drive was cancelled due to rain. Thanks to all those who registered, donated and sponsored the event. We are focused on carrying through in 2024 and will have a rain date for sure.

MarimorLife CEO & Founder, Kevette Minor Kane, is celebrating another Birthday and found a way to give back to her community in gratitude. Currently serving the DMV Area as a Financial Educator, Advisor & Liberator, Kevette has become familiar with this organizations through her work.

Introduced to the L.I.G.H.T Foundation as the nonprofit effort of Michael "Mook" Taylor when he shared the story of his college friend who passed away and left behind a son who would now need "the village" to contribute to future funding for career and educational purposes. Mook, also has a passion for teaching children photography and so this foundation serves to provide a light for their path whether career or hobby and a light at the end of the tunnel for those who have experienced the loss of a parent during childhood.

WHO CAN REGISTER

Anyone 21 years of age or older can register to play and fundraise for this event.

A company may sponsor the event or a team of up to four players and fundraise for this years nonprofit recipient.

MEET the GOLFERS

Kevette M. K.

Kevette is CEO, Founder, Financial Liberation Expert at MarimorLife Mindset & Money Management. She is new to golf but very ambitious as the creator of the #TYM2THRIVE Golf Drive.

MookTVLive

Mook is owner of MookTVLive, a Media Production company, and founder of The L.I.G.H.T. Foundation. He is an experienced sous chef with DMV Crabrolls and a novice golfer with TYM2THRIVE Golf Drive being his first tournament experience.

Jay H.

Jay is Chief Barber at Legacy Barbershop in Greenbelt, MD.

He is also a Realtor & Real Estate Investor with goal of developing strong communities. He is an experienced golfer and reigning TOP Golfer at the TYM2THRIVE Golf Drive.
